Sea Shore, formerly a high-ranking guesthouse, has transitioned to a self-catering
holiday home retaining all the features which won it accolades and Georgina Campbell’s
Guesthouse of the Year award in 2014. The house is set on our farm overlooking
Kenmare Bay, to which the property extends, and provides access to nature in
abundance.

Our holiday home comprises up to five ensuite bedrooms, modern kitchen-dining room,
lounge equipped with an extensive library, leading to a south-facing patio. Every room is
south facing and has a view over Kenmare Bay to the Caha mountains in the
background. An idyllic holiday location, private and peaceful, yet only one mile from
Kenmare town, a pleasant walk to the many eateries in and around Kenmare. Come
stay at Sea Shore holiday home to enjoy the art of escapism.
No hen or stag parties, just a place to enjoy a happy peaceful holiday in the beautiful
surroundings that is Sea Shore.

Sea Shore - awarded the Georgina Campbell Guesthouse of the year for 2014.

"Competing with cut price hotels has been no joke for the owners of guesthouses and B&Bs in recent years, but the best have unique selling points (USPs) that have allowed them to thrive - and it’s not hard to see what the most obvious USPs are at this beautifully situated guesthouse which overlooks the Beara peninsula, with field walks through farmland down to the shore...but, lovely as the surroundings are - and the nearby town is also exceptionally charming - it’s the owners’ old-fashioned Irish hospitality that really makes it stand out.Guests love the welcoming and efficient reception, spotlessly clean accommodation and excellent breakfasts - and that their hosts are a veritable mine of local information. A real Irish gem."  Georgina Campbell Award Ceremony 2014
